I scripted the comic, as well as Co Created all the characters featured.
Like many comic readers, I've had an idea at the back of my mind for years, and for one reason or another, put it off. I went through many versions of a script, before putting it on ice due the fact that it would be expensive, and I couldn't draw well. I never gave up wanting to make it, but I worked on many other projects instead, always thinking back to the comic.
In 2022, I hosted a Q&A with one of my personal favorite comic writers, JM DeMatteis, and he truly inspired me. Thanks to the words of wisdom, I was pushed to finally take the chance and get my comic made, and reached out to a friend of mine, a talented artist, also eager to make his first comic, and he gave me fair price. I revised and fine tuned the script, and for months we worked on finalizing the interior of the issue, and as it was the first for both of us, it was a serious undertaking, but one that we were immensely proud of.
As of Fall 2023, we have finished the comic, and have begun our next phase in comic creation, publishing, and have printed out several copies.
